For those who prefer the short version: I am deeply grateful to everyone who puts their trust in us, continues to do so, and works alongside us to progress, grow, and thrive. We wouldn’t be where we are today without you, and we hope to continue this journey together for as long as possible – ideally, forever.
As a company, we are always looking for ways to improve, learn, and grow. During one of our recent sessions, Mpho (our incredible support engineer) asked a simple yet interesting question: “What do our clients think about us?” That question sparked a journey of discovery. We sent out surveys, asking for your thoughts and feedback. The responses were overwhelmingly positive, and we couldn’t be more thankful.
We (re)discovered that we’re not just in the business of tech and IT; we’re in the business of building relationships and supporting business growth. One of the standout responses was the praise for Mpho, who not only delivers speedy, high-quality work but also excels at building meaningful relationships with those he assists daily. Mpho, thank you for embodying our vision and values – I see big things in your future!
On another note, we’ve been fortunate enough to receive numerous referrals, which have helped us grow and achieve our goals faster than we ever anticipated. We know that technology, especially in the realm of IT, is a crucial and sensitive part of any business. We are incredibly appreciative of those who trust us with their IT needs and even more so to those who go a step further and recommend us to others, risking their own reputation to help us grow.
