RMS used traditional VoIP systems before the Covid disruption. With us moving to remote work and using MS Teams extensively for internal communications, we started looking for an integrated option to combine our VoIP system and Teams. We were introduced to the Teams calling integration and have not looked back since. This has allowed the remote teams of RMS to stay in touch with clients, suppliers, and our strategic partners. We were able keep our numbers and now have a fully functioning virtual office, not bound by a physical location. The functionality and integration of MS Teams with apps like Planner has added to the already productivity improvements from the system. The flexibility to deploy over multiple devices has allowed the RMS team to not be office bound and never miss a client call. The migration was seamless and painless, and we will never go back to traditional communication systems again.
