Change of IT provider due to lack of keeping up with technology.
A prospect was interested in receiving an IT risk assessment as they feared their existing provider was not fully embracing the available technology. They needed to simplify workflows, and enhance existing systems and tools to improve productivity and efficiency of the business.
Some time after completing our IT risk assessment, our potential new customer contacted us to attend a meeting with management to discuss providing a full IT solution that would assist in enhancing their business with the right managed IT services.
Simpl, after understanding all of our prospect’s needs, compiled a comprehensive proposal to cover all areas of IT and ensure the business could thrive in their industry. Our approach was to provide a “Per User” IT package that covered all areas including: Support, Cyber Security, Communication, Collaboration, and more. We also ensured other core areas of the business such as adequate network and internet upgrades were taken care of.
Our new client seemed to become a lot less stressed about their IT, and they could now breathe, and focus on their core role. The business achieved a streamlined IT support channel to resolve all tech issues promptly. We continue to advise on recommendations to our client, whether it may be upgrading their devices or moving more services to cloud. We aim to continuously improve all of our clients’ IT.
