Simpl started in January 2018, doing IT for small and medium businesses around the Vaal Triangle. The model everywhere around us was the same: wait for something to break, drive out, invoice. We thought that was backwards.
So we built the business on the opposite idea. One flat monthly fee, systems set up properly the first time, and everything watched so problems get fixed before they stop work. It means we only make money when your IT runs. That incentive shapes everything else, from the tools we choose to how fast we answer the phone.
Today we support companies from the Vaal to Johannesburg, Cape Town and in between, most of them referred by someone who already works with us. That is the measure we care about most.
