How we work

You'd never run your plant on
breakdown maintenance.

Most companies run their IT exactly that way: wait for the breakdown, pay for the callout, repeat. There is a path out, and it has four stages.

First, understand the problem: break-fix providers earn when your IT breaks. We charge one flat fee, so we only win when nothing breaks. Everything below follows from that.

The journey

Four stages. One direction.

The same maturity model you already run on your plant floor, applied to your IT.

1
Stage 1 · You wait

It breaks. You wait.

When IT breaks, production waits. Support arrives by car and bills by the hour.

This is where most companies are, and it feels normal because the invoices only arrive when something goes wrong. But the provider gets paid when your IT breaks, so nothing ever really gets fixed properly.

Tick what is true for your company
  • When IT breaks, work stops until someone arrives
  • You don't know what IT costs you per year
  • One person holds all the passwords and knowledge
  • You have never seen a map of your own network
  • Nobody has ever tested your backups
2
Stage 2 · We map

We map everything.

You can't maintain what you haven't mapped. Every machine, every connection, written down. Once-off.

We walk your setup the way a maintenance engineer walks a plant: what is running, what is worn, what will fail next. It is written down and owned by you, so no single person is holding your business in their head anymore.

What changes
  • Everything documented, and owned by you
  • Passwords secured, the "one guy knows everything" risk ends
  • Monitoring switched on, so we see problems before you do
3
Stage 3 · We watch

We watch everything.

Fixed before you feel it. Problems handled remotely in minutes, on one flat fee.

This is where the incentive flip kicks in. You pay one flat monthly fee, so the only way we win is if nothing breaks. Every machine is watched and patched, backups are tested, and most problems are fixed before you ever notice them.

What it looks like
  • Every machine watched, patched and protected, all day
  • Backups running, and tested. Not assumed
  • One flat monthly fee. No surprise invoices, ever
4
Stage 4 · You forget

You stop thinking about it.

Which is what good infrastructure is. No servers, calls on cellphones, work from anywhere.

The destination. Old servers are retired and your data lives safely in the cloud. New people arrive to working computers, a new branch needs no site visit, and IT stops being something you think about. Which was always the point.

What it looks like
  • Old servers retired, your data safe in Microsoft's cloud
  • Office numbers ring on cellphones, anywhere
  • Your people work from anywhere, no site visit needed
The free assessment

One hour. No jargon.
No obligation.

1

We come to you

Your machines, your server, your backups, your security. We take stock of what is actually there, not what the last provider said was there.

2

You get it in writing

Which stage you are at, what is at risk, and what staying put is costing you. In plain language, on one page you can hand to anyone.

3

You get your number

Base fee plus per-person fee: one number a month. If it makes sense, we start. If it doesn't, you keep the assessment and we part as friends.
