Syspro 6 was running on an obsolete server in the building. Response times were dragging on everyone's work, and there was no way to support people working anywhere other than the plant.

What we did

Moved them into the Azure cloud and upgraded to Syspro 8, secured the platform properly, and worked alongside the Syspro training team so nobody was left guessing.

Faster, more reliable, and monitored so we see problems before they do. Both sites are supported from our desk in the Vaal, and the branch an hour away has never needed a support visit.
