Professional services

You hold your clients'
most sensitive data.

Accountants, financial services, practices and consultancies. When the systems stop, the billing stops, and a data problem becomes a client-trust problem. We set it up so neither happens.

What keeps you up

Three things that cost
professional firms real money.

01

A breach is a trust problem

Losing client data is not an IT incident. It is a phone call to every client you have, and a reputation you spent years building.

02

Downtime is unbillable

When systems stop, so does the work you invoice for. A morning lost across ten people is a morning nobody pays you for.

03

POPIA does not scale down

The law asks the same of a six-person practice as it does of a bank. Most firms have never had anyone check whether they would pass.

Proof

What that looks like
in practice.

Cyber security training

Cyber risk score down 70% in 60 days.

Your people are the front line. Most breaches start with somebody clicking the wrong thing.

"Cyber security training has reduced our cyber risk by 70% in 60 days." Professional services client
The problem

The tools were in place, but nobody had ever checked whether staff could spot a bad email. People were the untested part of the setup.

What we did

Every person started with a gap assessment, then a short weekly session aimed at their own weak spots. Unannounced phishing and social engineering simulations went out to random staff to test it for real.

The result

Their measured cyber risk score fell 70% in 60 days. Just as telling, people started forwarding suspicious emails to us instead of clicking them. Management gets a monthly report on scores and completion.

Device management

Every laptop managed, without stopping work.

Laptops handled one at a time, with no consistent security across them.

"We knew we had found the right fit for us." Financial services client
The problem

They knew Microsoft Intune was the answer for managing their laptops and locking down security, but not how to get there on their own.

What we did

Upgraded each device to Windows Pro, connected them to Intune, then migrated the local profiles across so the team carried on working as normal. We added Microsoft 365 email backup and endpoint threat detection at the same time.

The result

One place to manage every device, the same security on all of them, and no working day lost to the change. We report on the setup monthly.

Microsoft 365 migration

Patient data, handled properly from day one.

A new practice, an email provider that kept giving trouble, and records that must not leak.

"Very helpful and also a friendly team." Healthcare practice client
The problem

Their domain and email sat with a provider they were having constant issues with. As a healthcare provider, patient information needed somewhere genuinely secure.

What we did

Moved the domain and email across with minimal disruption, set up Microsoft 365 for communication, and put patient records into SharePoint with access controlled properly.

The result

Email that works, and patient data in a system that stands up to scrutiny. They started right instead of paying to fix it later.

The 70% figure is the risk score measured by the training platform, from the assessment at sign-up to the same assessment 60 days later.

Proof

Don't take our
word for it.

Every review on our client stories page is from a named person at a real company, and every one of them can be checked.

"Our previous IT provider took weeks to respond."

We hear this more than anything else. If that sounds like your setup, the discovery call costs nothing and you will get a straight answer either way.
