Who we are

What we collect

When you contact us or become a client, we collect what you would expect: your name, company, email address and phone number. When you submit our contact form, that information goes to our own workflow system so the right person can respond, nowhere else.

This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. Our web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. The map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps, and our fonts load from Google Fonts; both mean your browser talks to Google, under Google's privacy policy.

Why we collect it

• To send occasional updates you can opt out of at any time

What we never do

• We do not sell personal information, to anyone, ever
• We do not share it except with the service providers needed to run our business (such as billing and email systems), under agreements that protect it
• We do not use your private information in AI tools (see how we use AI)

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted.

Your rights under POPIA

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act, you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, and complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za). To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We protect personal information with the same enterprise-grade security we sell: encryption, access control and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information the way we treat our clients' systems, carefully.

If we change this policy, the new version appears here with a new date. Material changes get communicated to clients directly.
