Welcome to a new year. Looking back at 2020, though it had it’s challenges, we all managed to pull through and have a successful year. We’d like to publicly share our gratitude to all of our clients, new and old, for sticking with us and allowing us to help you through what was a difficult time last year.
It’s now 2021! We have big plans for our future and growth for this year, as well as new products and services that we are excited to announce over the next few months. As well as trying to innovate new services, we also constantly look at our current state and look at places to improve, so what can you expect?
We know how important it is for you to be able to get hold of us when you need support, so we are making some improvements to our method’s of contact, including:
– Our telephone system will be getting an overhaul with full native MS Teams support, making us more accessible while we’re on the road;
– Our service board has been redone to assist the support team streamline requests, making it quicker to attend to your ticket; and
– For those clients whom are managed, a new chat app built right into your PC. This chat feature will give you direct access to support personnel and will make it far easier for them to assist you quickly.
The chat feature will be rolled out over the next few weeks. It can be found by clicking on the Simpl icon on the bottom right of your taskbar (It may be hidden in the menu, click the up arrow to find it) and clicking “Chat with Us”. If you’d like some instructions you’re welcome to give us a call and we can let you know if your company has had the feature enabled.
The service board has already been upgraded and you will see the benefits immediately. The switch over for our phones is still in it’s testing phase, but you will be alerted when we begin a final migration over.
These are just some of the things we are planning this year, with more to come. What are your plans for 2021, and how can we help you achieve them?
Good luck for the year ahead!
From the entire Team at Simpl.
