Because you don’t need to know every nook and cranny of IT, that’s our expertise and why you chose us. But there’s a bit more to it.

Internally, we invest a lot of time and energy into selecting and using the best we can find in how we support you, to make the process as seamless as possible. As soon as a system may start lagging behind something new and better, we always make the switch to stay ahead of the curve.

Research 

Every service we supply to you requires careful research and testing. We follow the same principle as the above, constantly reviewing and changing services when needed. When it comes to tech, you can’t be too comfortable for too long, because it’s just a matter of time before something changes.

Evolving Threats

While we deploy the highest tier Cyber Security Stack, there is no ultimate guarantee of 100% protection all the time. Think of Richard’s favourite analogy, “The Swiss Cheese Effect”. You add layers and layers on top of each other until the tiny holes or cracks get smaller and smaller. In the same way we provide this protection, we follow the same approach as researching and being aware of evolving threats.

Personal Development

Each person in Simpl brings a unique value to the team. We all focus on our own specific roles while still applying our own role to the overall goal of the business. You can never know everything. Learning always, seeing what works and doesn’t is how we move forward.
